Communication Cybernetics is a term coined in the 1940s. It is a system of understanding, prediction, and controlling space-time events. The scope of cybernetics extends into many different fields and its dynamics works exceptionally well in each field. Last Updated: November 2, 2021 Introduction Cybernetics is a transdisciplinary and "antidisciplinary" approach concerned with regulatory and purposive systems—their structures, constraints, and possibilities. The core concept of the discipline is circular causality or feedback—that is, where the outcomes of actions are taken as inputs for further action. The word “Cybernetics” was first defined by Norbert Wiener who wrote a book with the same title in 1948. It stemmed from the conditions of World War I and his involvement as a scientist and weapons engineer using the concepts of Brownian motion and the Wiener Filter. Brownian motion is the random motion of particles suspended in a medium that can be a liquid or a gas. It suggest that the pattern of motion is random fluctuations, followed by relocation to another location, based upon the previous movements. The pattern continues as the substance and particles seek thermal equilibrium, which is defined by the temperature as the independent variable. The Wiener Filter is a filter that produces an estimate of either a desired process or a random process. They are linear time-invariant filtering systems which mean that the event is independent of the time of occurrence or when the input was applied. This is applied to observed noise processes which include: known stationary signal and noise spectra, and additive noise, where interference is added to the signal during the communication. The Wiener filter minimizes the mean square error between the estimated random process (random variable) and the desired process (range or parameter of sample) as either the predictor or the estimator. Wiener's Cybernetics thus he termed as the study of control and communication in the animal and the machine. He used the Greek κυβερνήτης (kybernētēs, steersman, governor, pilot, or rudder). This understanding of control and communication is one of his greater contributions to humanity, blending abstract science with the sociological science and engineering and apply them… -
Psionics Introduction Psionic Electronics is a skill that is taught at Psionic Circles. In the previous article "Psionic Technology" we defined Psionic Technology and explained it as being a combined skill of accessing tangible and intangible systems and applying them in a technological environment using components, processes, and applied methods to device a product or service that makes people's lives better. Psionic Electronics, then is the use of psionics within the branch of physics and technology which includes the design and use of circuits with components such as transistors and microchips, and integrating the behavior of both electricity (the movement of electrons). We integrate the fundamental components and their characteristics in circuits with the specific goals and purposes in mind. The Psionic Course Year 2 contains Psionic Electronics and Technology. It is taught after a firm foundation of the 12 core other subjects have been learnt in addition to beginning ethics and philosophy. The Fundamental Components of Psionic Electronics There are many components that are used in the average electronic device. The following is a list that will be used for a simple circuit, timer motor, Morse Code Training system, simple impact amplifier, and AM Radio Receiver. The fundamental components that we will discus are listed as follows: 1. Power Source Battery (D.C. Current) 2. Motor (Converts electrical energy into mechanical energy.) 3. Speaker (converts electrical energy into sound energy) 4. Antenna (receives radio frequencies) 5. AM Select and Reset. 6. Microphone 7. Variable Condenser (is a variable capacitor. 180 degrees) 8. Buzzer 9. Reed Switch (switches on and off by magnetic field) 10. AM Band Integrated Circuit 11. 2 Transistors Types (NPN and PNP: Base Emitter and Collector) 11. SCR Transistor (Thyristor: 4 gate Gate Anode and Cathode) 12. Large Green LED (Light Emitting Diode) 13. Small Green LED (Light Emitting Diode) 14. Small Red LED (Light Emitting Diode) 15. AMP I.C. (Audio Amplifier Integrated Circuit) 16. Push Switch 17. Touch Plate (Sensor) 18. Diode 19. 5 Resistors (100 Ohm. 1K Ohm. 5.1K Ohm. 10K Ohm. 100k Ohm.) 20. Light Sensor (CDS Cell Sensor) 21. Variable Resistors 22.…Psionics | Electronics
