Introduction
Treason against humanity represents the will and intention of an individual or a group’s actions to usurp the laws which govern all people under the jurisdiction of country or state, by a minority or minor majority that believes that their system is better than existing laws. This can be performed by direct force; as in guns and military force. Or, it can be performed overtly and insidiously by individuals using illegal, destructive electromagnetic frequencies in phase as weapons to terrorize citizens into participating in a “game” that undermines the fabric of family, civility, free-will, and peace within societies.
We have had thirty years of freedom from the Cold War between the World and the old Soviet Union and their respective allies, the Western Bloc and the Eastern Bloc, the war which began following World War II. Clearly, 30 years is not enough peace for the World, as it would appear that right after the Cold War ended, specialty groups started to unleash weapons that once again put the world on its toes and forces the Citizen to be Vigilant.
What is Humanity?
Humanity is a broad term that is causally used to describe the nature and characteristics of a human being. That is the Homo Sapien. Although other Homo species may have shared some of the social characteristics it is mainly the “evolved” Homo sapien species, or human knower (user of the full mind) that we are of whom we are referring.
/hjʊˈmanɪti/
noun
1. human beings collectively.
“appalling crimes against humanity”
2. the quality of being humane; benevolence.
“he praised them for their standards of humanity and care”
3. the nature of a being to have evolved from their lower animal nature of the personality; the lower animal nature which is irresponsible (to self and others), mindless (gifted with intellect but unwilling to use for self-care or civic duty), violent and disrespectful.
The Organization of InterAction Council in 1997 proposed the Universal Declaration of Human Responsibilities. The following outlines some of their main precepts.
Article 1: Every person has a responsibility to treat all people in a humane way.
Article 2: No person should lend support to any form of inhumane behavior and have a responsibility to strive for the dignity and self-esteem of all others.
Article 3: No person stands above good and evil.
Article 4: All people must strive to treat others how they desire to be treated.
Article 5: Every person has a responsibility to respect life. No one has the right to injure, to torture or to kill another human person.
Article 6: Disputes should be resolved without violence. [Use the Laws]
Article 7: Every person has the responsible to protect other people, animals, and the earth.
Article 8: Every person has a responsibility to behave with integrity, honesty and fairness. No person or group should rob or arbitrarily deprive any other person or group of their property.
Article 9: All people, given the necessary tools, have a responsibility to make serious efforts to overcome poverty, malnutrition, ignorance, and inequality.
Article 10: All people have a responsibility to develop their talents through diligent endeavor; they should have equal access to education and to meaningful work.
Article 11: All property and wealth must be used responsibly in accordance with justice [not fairness] and for the advancement (health and wellbeing) of the human race as a whole. [Technological], Economic and political power must not be handled as an instrument of domination.

Now that we have an idea of humanity and the rules and values of being a human, let’s now move our attention to the understanding of human treason, what it constitutes, and then look at the laws of the United States and Australia and how they address the concern of treason. It is a reminder that we must always be vigilant for threats against the rights and laws of the government as well as the citizens residing and overseas.

Organized Crime
Organized crime is a category of transnational, national, or local groupings of highly centralized enterprises run by criminals to engage in illegal activity, most commonly for profit. Some criminal organizations, such as terrorist groups, are politically motivated. Sometimes criminal organizations force people to do business with them, such as when a gang extorts money from shopkeepers for “protection”. Gangs may often be deemed organized crime groups or, under stricter definitions of organized crime, may become disciplined enough to be considered organized. A criminal organization can also be referred to as a gang, mob, ring, or syndicate; the network, subculture, and community of criminals may be referred to as the underworld.
The Legal Context of Australia
In Australia, there are also clear lines governing what is constitutes treason. These laws have been drafted and ratified as required behaviors. They are not a wish-list, not optional, and definitely not negotiable.
Chapter 4 Treason – Parliament of Australia (aph.gov.au)

The Security Legislation Amendment (Terrorism) Act 2002 (the Act), inserted new Chapter 5, ‘The Security of the Commonwealth’, into the Criminal Code. The Act modernized the offence of treason, and introduced the:

It is up to every individual to perform their civic duty to investigate and report any acts of treason to their representatives. Please do your part.
